i’ve been on a casserole journey since i posted a while back. this week featured the moroccan baked chicken dish (pictured), my most ingredient heavy creation.

i came across this one from the bbc foods website. i recommend it.

i just ate the last of an ‘oirish stuu’ (ie potato, onion, parsley and seven quids worth of lamb) which wasn’t that great.

oh, and if you’re wondering – too late. the designer who came up with the kitchen work surface pattern killed himself after creating this masterpiece.
